Though 7 million were produced for this New Orleans issue, only 3,000 have survived, with 180 known in mint state. The last sale a non-cac, subpar example 04/2021 sold for $1,410. As a cac lower graded ms62 sold for $1,560, whilst no ms63 cac have sold only 2 cac are certified at MS62 and 2 at MS63. The current example has swirling luster over splashes of color and toning seen on the peripheries. A choice example that we would not be surprised to see in a higher graded holder.
