The Morgan Dollar became the first ever standardized silver coin to be minted for commerce after replacing the Seated Liberty Dollar in late 19th century. This New Orleans minted Morgan Dollar is a great visual representation for the type as a monster toner with some dynamic colors in display. The coin also features cartwheel luster that enlivens the color featuring vibrant colors in arrays of bright yellow, goldenrod yellow, marmalade orange, fuchsia pink, cobalt blue, ocean blue, and and mostly emerald green. This piece comes much alive in hand as the colors can be clearly seen even without the aid of light. Collectors and enthusiasts will know such an energetically toned Morgan has the IT factor and would make a great addition into a prized collection. The image has not been edited at all, and is as appears in hand. Only relevant comp is a 1885-O $1 MS64 PCGS CAC that sold for $4,700 09/19 LE.
