Though common in MS64 and lower, in MS65 all Indian Quarter Eagles become highly prized numismatic items. With a recent surge in high bids, one should most certainly should build either a complete 64 or 65 preferably in CAC, but these understandably cost several fold more expensive. A CAC price guide suggests a value $3,060 with the most recent pcgs cac comps at $2,760 in 2019 which does not take into account the increase in gold price and interest. This 1926 $2.5 MS65 PCGS example is extremely attractive not only with a lack of hits compared to other MS65, but also because of its tan gold hue. A problem free example with ample luster for the grade.
