End-Of-Roll Super-Gem Toned! Finding a gorgeous toned Morgan is one thing, but finding one with a super-gem grade and spectacular color is another. This example exhibits bold end-of-roll toning with blues, purples, yellows, and reds atop blazing lustrous surfaces. The luster itself has a watery look to it, which adds an entire new dimension to the colors making them glow, especially when under a light. The unique pattern on this coin was caused by decades of storage at the end of a hand-wrapped paper roll where the folds of the paper formed geometric patterns as it toned. The fact that it toned at the end of a roll is perhaps even more special, because not only did this coin survive storage in a bag, but it also survived being placed into a hand roll and somehow remained in exceptional condition. The CAC sticker further attests to this coin's quality, and is perhaps one of the finest EOR toners.1
