1880-S $1 MS66+ PCGS CAC

This MS66+ 1880-S dollar exudes a kaleidoscope of colors on the obverse with blast-white cartwheel luster on the reverse. With loud rainbow toning encapsulating sun-yellow, rose-pink, to neon forest green, the coin is a sight to behold. Sharply struck devices stand out boldly and the eye appeal is outstanding. More than the colors, the obverse also has near full proof-like reflectivity. A fact no one would contest. Less attractive examples have sold for $2,500 with much less going on. This is a show stopper with a PL obverse and attractively toned surfaces.
