1849/6 h10c is an interesting overdate. Though there has been some controversy in the past about what the underdigit was, some believe it to be an 8 while some a 6, there is a clear overdate. The coin is now designated by pcgs as 1849/6 or 1849/6 widely spaced 9, and pcgs estimated between 175 are known for this variety from a 1.3 million mintage. Thus this overdate trades at a premium and is collected as a very rare variety. At au55 there are no comps. This coin is very attractive with soft beige colors with no marks. One would not be surprised to see this in au58 holder.
