Both the 1796 25C and 1804 25C are the key dates to the draped bust quarter series. 6738 coins were minted in 1804 with an estimated 387 believed to exist today in all grades. Highly sought by all collectors the present example grade VG08 by PCGS and approved by CAC. While we see other 1804 25C VG08 PCGS CAC offered in the market at around $6,750 and a lower grade G06 PCGS CAC sold in 2018 for $5,500, the present example a VG08 PCGS CAC has a CIRC CAMEO look with deeply contrasted fields over high points.
