Though the pcgs number indicates 9X7 as it was undistinguished when this coin was graded 30 years ago, please note the correct pcgs number is #6866 as 10X6. In fact, the 10X6 is roughly three times rarer than the 9X7 counterpart based on number of survivors. Only one die variety make up this 10X6 which is the B-3, BB-71. Superbly Toned Early Draped Bust Dollar from a small mintage of 7,776 pieces of which 350 are known today. With a light and cool center to dazzling and stunning peripheral toning both seen on the obverse and reverse of this exceptionally tough 10X6 stars type. The coin not only has tremendous eye appeal and luster seen through the peripheral toning, but it also has a-lot of meat and appears finer than a typical F12 seen via todays grading standards. No CAC comp exists nor does any hold up against this jewel.
