1945-S 10C MS67+ PCGS GOLD CAC

1945-S 10C is relatively a common date; however, in MS68, this date becomes incredibly rare. Most MS68 are attractively toned in high grade with the finest being 3 MS68+. Only one comp exists at MS68+ which was a recent 11/2019 MS68+ PCGS CAC sale at SB for $2,640. The offered example is a stunning MS67+ GOLD CAC. A pop 1, and no doubt is undergraded as verified by the GOLD CAC. It is as nice if not nicer than the SB MS68+ CAC. The obverse features delicate apricot toning over light neon green under the surface. The reverse too features textured patina with light neon green to pastel colors. A gem gold CAC dime and one of the finest.
