1924 5C MS66+ NGC CAC
1924 5C MS66+ NGC CAC
Lincoln Cent
The 1924 is seen in circulated grades, but become expensive and rare finer than MS64. In fact, in Gem it is the rarest Buffalo nickel from the Philadelphia Mint minted between 1919 and 1938. Despite this, 1924 5C are seen well struck with sharp details; however, they can often come with poor eye appeal. This present example features superb nickel patina and not like the commonly dull color. Collectors will appreciate this important P-Mint date, high quality and superior condition. Last CAC MS66+ sold for $3,600 06/18 HA, with no sale since then. Hoping to acquire a finer CAC example one will have to pay 8 or 9 times more for half a grade finer. A big and wonderful spread making this highly recommended.
