1917 G$1 McKinley MS66 PCGS CAC

Popular Gold Commemorative, designed to commemorate the Ohio McKinley Birthplace Memorial, McKinley gold dollar issues were struck in 1916 and 1917 with the latter being far scarcer. Strong bid thanks to CAC with the last auction comp 11/2021 for $1,800 DLRC. We see no marks or hits for this example, in fact this is as similar as one could have hoped an example to appear from 1917.
