1911 25C PR67+ PCGS CAC EX CHEYENNE COLLECTION

This 1911 Proof Barber Quarter is an absolutely mesmerizing Superb Gem survivor, combining elite technical preservation with the kind of electrically vivid original color that immediately separates it from ordinary proof survivors. The deeply mirrored fields remain remarkably fresh and highly reflective beneath a spectacular veil of swirling iridescent toning, with concentric bands and dappled patches of magenta, fiery gold, emerald, olive, teal, cobalt, peach, and sky-blue rolling across both obverse and reverse. On the obverse, the color blooms dramatically around Liberty’s cap, forehead, and lower bust, where neon teal and crimson-violet arcs ignite against warm champagne-gold mirrors, while the reverse is framed by an equally intense circular halo of rainbow color surrounding the eagle and legends. The contrast between the richly toned devices and the glowing reflective fields creates extraordinary depth, giving the coin a liquid, almost backlit appearance in hand. With only 543 Proofs struck this issue remains one of the most elusive and collectible within the series.
