1908-D $10 NO MOTTO AU58 PCGS CAC

The 1908-D Indian Head Eagle is the first ever Denver Mint Indian Eagle and it is the only piece where the mintmark "D" is struck above the end of the branch while all the other coins have the mintmark in front of the arrowheads. Also, the 1908-D is the only branch mint with "No Motto" in the Indian Head Eagle series. The color showcases bright yellow gold color with a strong luster. Had you not noticed you would have thought it were a GEM. Indeed a true GEM slider. With the approval of the CAC sticker, this piece is a beautiful slider to acquire. No PCGS AU58 CAC has sold recently; however a NGC AU58 CAC sold cheaply for $1,825 04/23 DL. Since then two non-CAC PCGS AU58 have sold for $1,800 07/23 ST and $1,440 09/23 HA.
