1907 $20 HIGH RELIEF WIRE EDGE AU58 NGC CAC

Arguably one of the most beautiful coins the United States Mint ever issued, the 1907 High Relief Saint Gaudens has the lowest mintage (11,250) of the entire series. The quality of this specimen shows minimal wear on the knee, whilst the surfaces are superb. The details are in full display and exquisite. Attractive sand-yellow gold patina decorate the surfaces of this piece. These specimens have shot up in value, especially in CAC, and have become very pricey in uncirculated specimens. An AU58 represents great value before the price jump. The CAC Price Guide of $16,500 does not do enough justice to this outstanding piece as non-CAC au58 would sell now for $13,500-$14,000. A must have coin for any serious collector with a chance to own one of the most iconic coins ever produced in American history.
