1898 1C PR66 RB PCGS

This 1898 Indian Head Cent in PCGS PR66 RB stands out as an exceptional late-19th-century Gem Proof, displaying a vibrant and beautifully preserved mostly Red. Both sides exhibit refined, deeply mirrored Proof fields. Aside from a small spot noted at 12, this coin is superb and approximately 80% Red and 20% Magenta Purple Hue. Exact example sold for $1,080 07/25 HA. Perhaps NGC would grade this CAM for this RB which PCGS does not.
