1895 50C MS67 PCGS

Finest 1895 50C BARBER HALF DOLLAR. PCGS POP 2/0 with none finer. Incredible tough in Gem or finer, this example has deep frosty luster over attractive rainbow toning. Both the obverse and reverse depict a range of color with incredible eye appeal. 1895 50C are very tough to find with vibrant color and this is the nicest and most attractive example one can and will find. No APR or comp exists, lower grade MS66+ example sell for just under $10,000. At MS67 no CAC has ever been certified; however PCGS cites a Price Guide of $20,000. Given the conditional rarity, toning and lack of any MS67 sale, we believe this is destined for a top set and are pleased to to offer the finest business strike 1895 50C.
