1891 5C AU58 PCGS

This excellent 1891 Liberty Head Nickel illustrates fantastic eye appeal with its glamorous golden, marigold yellow, and crimson red borderline toning. Colors are more distinct on the reverse with pastel tones of icy white, lavender, sandstone yellow, latte beige, and golden yellow. Last PCGS AU58 apr was for $170 05/20 DL; however, that example did not have any toning at all like this. Though obtainable in most grades, this issue has no real price difference between AU and low-UNC; however, such an example with colors is never seen and should not be over-looked on nickels.
