Liberty Seated Quarter
The Liberty Seated Quarters that were struck by the Philadelphia Mint in 1889 have a low number of mintages of around only 12,000 business strikes. This present is one of the finer examples deriving from the low mintage issue. Virtually flawless are the terms that are brought to the mind with this specimen. It is an exemplary super Gem example exhibiting lustrous cartwheel swirls that graces around the surfaces. Such luster not only displays magnificent eye appeal but also reveal the glamorous borderline toning which decorates both sides of the coin. The surfaces are immaculate and show no serious marks while exhibiting fiery ring hues circulating the coin of crimson red, burgundy red, amber yellow, and olive green which also turns into golden luster when put under the light. Being one out of the other 15 CAC comparables for the grade, this piece has only 3 others that are finer in CAC. A superb and very rare Gem specimen in a series where recently MS67 PCGS CAC Seated Quarters have shot up in value the past few years for all similar rarity pieces:
