1888 $1 MS63 PCGS

A tough date to find with nice color, this 1888-P exhibits full obverse toning with a variegated blend of different colors swirling over the coin. The gentle peach and blue rim toning framing the reverse indicates this piece likely spent many years in an old NGC holder prior to being encapsulated in its Gold Shield PCGS slab. This attests to its originality, and tells the story of its prior history.
