1887 $1 MS64 NGC CAC EX AURORA ORBAN

This cool toned Morgan is characterized by bold pink and purple hues over and in front of Liberty's face, with bands of yellow, blue, and peach covering the hair. Strong velvety luster accentuates the smoothness of the colors, giving this example a great look. It hails from the Aurora Orban Collection of toned Morgan Dollars and is CAC approved. Earlier this year a different pedigreed 87-P in 64 with similar color sold for $775 on GreatCollections, but that one was reverse toned.
