1885-O $1 Morgan Dollar struck at the New Orleans Mint, a visually compelling Superb Gem distinguished by vibrant toning. The obverse is enlivened by iridescent emerald-green, with hints of golden hues that flow across the fields and devices, while underlying mint frost imparts lively cartwheel luster beneath the color. The coin is actually almost entirely green and only the shadows cast a golden hue. Finding CAC Greenie much less a GEM MS65 today is impossible now, as these sell very quickly.
