1884-O $1 MS64 PCGS

Semi-PL Green Toned Morgan. Green and fuchsia are among the most desirable colors to find on a toned Morgan, and this exquisite 84-O has both spades melding together beautifully over nearly the entire obverse, accented with a bright golden-yellow in front of the face. The surfaces of this coin are also semi-prooflike, which gives the colors an additional glow that is unique to this luster characteristic. A small scratch is noted for accuracy, but is overshadowed by the charming beauty of the full-obverse toning. The reverse is mostly untoned with some light peach and blue around the rims. This is the first holder this piece has ever been in, hailing from a collection where it was kept raw all this time!
