1884 10C MS66 PCGS CAC

1884 Liberty Seated Dime's rarity is somewhat unknown. Given its mintage was halved from its predecessor 1883 10C, 1884 10c is rare in GEM and finer. The present example, a superb gem graded MS66 PCGS CAC, is a F-102 specimen and is fully brilliant with the luster bordering between frosted and satiny. Centered tones are surrounded by aquamarine-blue on the obverse and bright bluish shades on the reverse. Surfaces are entirely un-abraded with no marks or hits. An eye appealing example that deserve strong attention. No CAC comps are seen even non-toned in the past 5 years; however, other dated untoned MS66 Seated CAC Dimes sell for $950-$1,300, thus in comparison this seems like a great buy ( 1882 10C MS66 PCGS CAC - $1,320 06/22 HA)
