Boasting an incredibly low mintage of just 1,541, this spectacular Trade Dollar displays a beautiful blend of aspen gold and dominant gray toning on the obverse with bright blue on the reverse. A rare survivor from a Proof-only issue series that began in 1879 and continued until the series' end in 1883.
