1873 1C OPEN 3 MS65 RD PCGS EEPS

1873 Indian Head Cent is seen in two types: Open 3 and Closed 3. Finding truly problem free example in Gem or incredibly tough, as most have spots are dull. Finding Gem examples without spots and with full Red designation is nearly impossible. Only 2 CAC MS65 have sold in the past 6 years for $6,000 and $9,000. The $6,000 had a major spots on the reverse and was dull. The present example is void of any spots and is truly mark and tick-free. No doubt hints at higher grade, the present example is approved with an Eagle Eye Photo Seal and is also the finest S-6 variety with Misplaced Digits seen.
