The 950 proofs minted in 1872 were struck from a single die pair, making Cameo coins very rare. Although not designated as such, this near-Gem proof exhibits profound mirroring in the fields. Copper-orange surfaces are clean and high-end for the grade. Fully original color glistens with mint freshness over each side.
