1869/'8' 3CS MS63 PCGS CAC

Minuscule mintage of 4,500 of which only 300 known today in all grades, 1869 3CS is a key to the series. Despite the low mintage, these are still relatively affordable if found in lower grade. At MS63 no CAC sale has ever sold; however, a non-CAC sold via HA $3,360 03/22. The present trime features original slightly toned and un-dipped 3CS that would serve as a great example of the date.
