1864 1C BRONZE PR65 RB PCGS CAC

From a mintage of 150! this No L Bronze variety has long been overshadowed by the 1864 L Bronze proof with a mintage of 35. In the same grade this would cost $100,000, and by rarity this example should be thus worth at least $23,000 yet is offered for $2,500. Numismatics is a beautiful thing as demand plays a large role in pricing. In the future I do see this as having much more room to appreciate percentage wise than its L counterpart. The color of this gem proof displays copper pink on the obverse with golden full red color on the reverse. Few coins are cac and none are finer.
