Incredibly Rare Civil War San Francisco Issue. One of just 60 survivors known today in all grades. A PCGS POP 2, CAC POP 3 ( the lowest graded) and one of the most affordable CAC example for this rare and historical issue. No PCGS VG08 has ever sold; however an NGC example sold for $3,240 a year ago, whilst a NON-CAC PCGS F12 sold for $4,320 10/21 HA. Highly sought, the example is problem-free with mint mark clear and bold. A great Low Ball Civil War Issue for an important year full of conflict and battles.
