1857 1C FLYING EAGLE MS64 NGC CAC

Attractively Toned 1857 Flying Eagle Small Cent. If we did not know better, we would have called this a RB piece, but these are Copper Nickel and as such represents a unique patina seen on both the obverse and reverse peripheral edge via rainbow toning along side orange-brown centers and peripheral orange and yellow copper gold, all of which is engulfed by glowing frosted luster and fully struck devices. Last two NGC CAC sold for $2,280 01/22 HA and $2,400 08/21 HA, neither of which was toned.
