Of the minted, only 350 have survived (0.25%) The present example is one of the finest housed in an older blue holder GEN 4.0 with sharply struck liberty‘s head, gallon and stars. Only three finer examples are noted- One in 66+, 67 and 68. Last PCGS example sold for $6600 in 2019 and prior in 2017 for $5,170.
