Scarce and popular New Orleans Mint Liberty Seated Quarter, 1850-O 25C with a smaller mintage of 396,000, approximately 550 exist today. Surrounding dates are as rare; however, 1850-O 25C comes with typically weak struck dentils, details and poor eye appeal. Thus finding crusty and fully struck example as this should not be looked over.
