1837 H10C SEATED NO STARS LG DT MS61 NGC

One of our favorite type coins, 1837 H10C Seated No Stars is the first year issue of the stunning Liberty Seated Half Dime series. Seen in two type Large Date and Small Date, this Large Date variety clearly is choice for the MS61 grade with no hits or marks seen. NGC was especially tough on this coin, but regardless the coin is superb for its color and eye appeal. Rainbow colors are transitioned from sea green to blue to purple to bright centers. A very eye appealing example for the grade. No comps are seen in MS61, in MS62 NGC an attractively toned example sold for $1,998 11/13 HA.
