Ex Tom Sears. Ex Heritage June 2008 $1,625. Offered is a stunning 1833 50c. All bust half nuts will know and appreciate a pedigree from legendary Bust Half collector Tom Sears. He kept it with him for a decade before selling his duplicate. The current example in hand is extremely 3-D as the devices are very prominent. Peripheral toning surrounds the stars and legend. The center has nice pale rose toning and is free of distractions. O-106 R.2. A very pleasing example that exceeds the normal 62 in my opinion. A regrade is necessary.
