If you needed or wanted only one Bust Half Dollar, this is the coin you would like to buy. We believe PCGS back in the day likely thought the toning on the high point as wear. This present example looks better than most MS62 in todays holder. Regardless of the grade, the coin is under-graded and a monster. With attractive cobalt blue throughout the devices splendidly mixed with splashes of sun-yellow, the coin is a beauty to behold. A CAC MS62 non-toned sold in 2018 for $3,190 as the only reference point. For all purposes, this coin is unique and ticks every requirement one would have in a Bust Half Dollar.
