1807 50C DRAPED VF25 PCGS CAC

Last Year Draped Bust Half Dollar and ever popular issue, 1807 50C has long been collected due to the readily available conditions and fair pricing in-comparison to other dates in the series. Comparatively the most reasonable priced Draped Half, 1807 50C still commands 4 figures in choice condition VF and higher. Whilst one can obtain an example in any grade, prices shoot up in AU and finer. With CAC approval the date is tough to find and commands a humble premium. CAC VF25 typically sell for $800-$900 if available. This coin goes above the typical CAC VF25 with attractive rainbow obverse toning seen in the fields and peripheries. NO Comps are relevant for this example except for a lower graded VF20 NON-CAC that sold for $1,320 12/21 HA also an attractively toned example. One would be hard pressed finding such a historical piece with all the bells and whistle for an originally toned CAC example.
