1802 50C VF35 PCGS CAC

Important Early Toned Draped Bust Half Dollar with CAC approval. Approximately 400 1802 50c exist today in all grades with 5 CAC examples at VF35 and the last sale 8 years ago for $4,406 04/14 HA, a steel-grey example. The present piece is a Paradime Coin quality. With original attractive pink surface over soft hints of blue, the eye appeal is extraordinary for a circ Draped Bust Half. As one would expect no relevant comp exists, and early toned circ has recently received huge demand. CAC cites a Price Guide value of $5,040. This of course is no normal CAC coin.
