From a mintage of 7,756 approximately 550 are known in all grades. The offered example is the tied for the second lowest graded example after 1 FR02 PCGS example that sold in 2019 for $2,640. At AG03 there has been no auction records but a PCGS Price Guide of $2,650. Even more interesting, this example is LM-4, a Rarity 4 variety known for the three berries on the olive branch instead of all other varieties having two berries. There is also a beautiful die crack on the reverse from 12 PM to 3PM as a few LM-4 also posses including the famed MS65+ gem Eliasberg 1794 h10c. For all intents and purposes this the cheapest and lowest price point one will find for a certified problem-free 1794 H10C.
