1794 1C HEAD OF 1795 P01 PCGS CAC

CAC Pop 1 and the Lowest. This 1794 Liberty Cap Cent Head of 1795 is a true survivor of early American coinage, offering collectors a genuine, problem-free low-grade example of one of the nation’s foundational large cent issues. While the 1794 is a relatively well-studied issue, heavily worn and a lowball registry or historical type set has not. The present example remains fully identifiable with remnants of “LIBE” in the legend and the final digits of the date, “94,” still visible. The surfaces are evenly worn to a smooth, flat texture, showcasing deep chocolate-brown coloration with soft olive and reddish undertones, particularly around the devices and rim. Next CAC sold for was a VG10 PCGS CAC for $1,920 10/25 HA against a $1,200 CAC Value.
