1807 10C AU58 PCGS CAC

This 1807 Draped Bust Dime is the last year issue for the Heraldic Eagle Dime series. Graded AU58 by PCGS and approved by CAC from a reported mintage of 165,000 pieces only an estimated 1,000 exists today across all grades. This near-Mint State example displays minimal actual wear, with strong central definition along side attractive die-clash as typical for the issue. With a CAC population of just 3 approved in AU58, this example previously sold in 2010 and 2012 with no other CAC selling for over 10 years in AU58 PCGS CAC. Considering the last non-CAC AU58 sold for $6,000 04/25 HA, and a lower grade AU55 PCGS CAC sold for $6,001 01/24 HA along side Price Guides for both PCGS and CAC today at $7,50, we cant recommend this coin enough.
